Do you have questions?
We got you covered

Do I need a GP referral?

No, you can contact Enfield Home Physio directly. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your case and arrange an appointment.

The initial appointment is an opportunity for the Physiotherapist and the client to share information and begin forming a diagnosis and or treatment plan. The session will include a physical assessment and finally a treatment will be provided.

The initial assessment and treatment is 1 hour long. This allows time for you to explain what matters to you. We carry out a physical assessment and together make a plan for you to achieve your goals.

We understand that plans can change. To help us manage our schedule and continue offering high-quality care, please review our cancellation terms:

  • Notice Period: Clients are kindly asked to notify Enfield Home Physio at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a home visit appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a ÂŖ50 cancellation fee, at the discretion of Enfield Home Physio.
  • No-Show Policy: If the client is not available or does not answer the door at the time of the scheduled visit, the full session fee will be charged.

At Enfield Home Physio, we take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. We use secure, encrypted systems to manage and store your records, ensuring that only authorised personnel have access.
