Travel Fees
Do you charge extra for home visits?
Home visits are included in our service offering, but if your property is more than 5 miles from our business address in Enfield, a travel fee will apply.
How is the travel fee calculated?
We charge £1 per mile for any distance beyond a 5-mile radius from Enfield. This fee covers the round trip — both to and from your home.
Can you give an example?
Yes. If your home is 20 miles away from our base in Enfield, that’s 15 miles over the included distance each way (30 miles total for the round trip). A £30 travel fee would be billed.
Will I know the travel fee in advance?
Absolutely. We will always confirm any travel fees with you before your appointment so you can make an informed decision with no surprises.
